• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 3 feet from eaves.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Cambridge 30 year shingles (dual black).
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.

Flat Roof:

• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install SBS 2.5 Cap torch down (black).
• Supply and install aluminum Mushroom vent.
• Supply and install exhaust vent.
• Install metal black drip edge.

Skylights:

• Supply and install one 4′ x 4′ Skylight. 

  Supply and install one 2′ x 4′ Skylight.

  Supply and install one 2′ x 2′ Skylight.
