Shingles:

• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Remove all existing roofing layers, including hip and ridge cap.
• Thoroughly inspect roof board, and only if necessary (due to wood rot, etc) replace plywood ($75 for each 4 x 8 sheet)
• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection all over roof deck.
• Cover entire roof with synthetic underlayment.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Landmark Premium shingles.
• Supply container for removal of all roof debris.
• Remove all metal flashing from skylights, and replace with new. If skylights are in poor condition and require replacement, cost will be $750 per each new skylight.
• Supply and install all new drip edge.
• Remove and dispose of all existing roof vents and replace with new roof vents. If necessary, cut opening for and install 2 to 4 pre-painted roof vents.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.
• Thoroughly seal new and existing roof flashing using high-grade caulking.
• Complete removal of all roof equipment and job debris.
• Final tidy and clean up to complete customer satisfaction.
