• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 3 feet from eaves.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Landmark shingles.
• Supply and install ice & water shield around the Skylight’s and Chimney (waterproofing).
• Supply and install new step flashing around skylight’s and chimney.
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.

Flat Roof:

• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install SBS 2.5 Cap torch down.
• Supply and install Fire Protection Board 1/8.
• Supply and install Drips Edge.
• Please note this materials is Torched Down and it’s cost $7500.
• If installing TPO the cost is $10000.
• METAL ROOF.
• Supply and install Shingles Metals Roof cost $17500.
• Stand seems Metals 24gage costs $25000.
• Customer will choose the color.

  Eavestrough and Downspouts in the Back of the house costs $2250.
