Shingles:

• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Removing all existing Roofing ( Layers )
• Supply a disposal bin.
• Thorough roof deck inspection .NOTE. Roof Board Replacement only if necessary due to wood rot.etc. Cost $100per 4×8 sheet.NOTE. 3 spots are included for small repairs.
• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 3 feet from eaves.
• Supply and install synthetic underlayment all over the Roof.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Cambridge or BP Mystique shingles.
• Supply and install all new heavy gags Metals valley.
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent.
• Supply and install Ridge vent.
• Supply and install new Exhaust vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.
• Thoroughly seal all flashing using high-grade caulking.
• Completely removal of all roof equipment and debris and clean all Gutters.
• Final. Tidy and clean up to the complete client satisfaction.

Flat Roof:

• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install 1/8 Protection Boards 4×5.
• Supply and install SBS 2.5 Cap torch down.
• Supply and install aluminum Mushroom vent.
• Supply and install exhaust vent.
• Please be noted there’s 2 sections with very low pitched that has been installed shingles we recommend that to be removed and inspected and install 3 layers off flat materials including PB-2.2Base-250Caps Torching Down.
