  • Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 3 feet from eaves.
  • Supply and install all new roofing material using Cambridge or BP Mystique shingles.
  • Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
  • Supply and install heavy gage pre painted metals valley.
  • Supply and install all new vent maximum of 10.
  • Supply and install new 4”Exhaust vent maximum of 6.
  • Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.
  • Thoroughly seal all flashing using high-grade caulking.
  • Completely removal of all roof equipment and debris.
  • Final. Tidy and clean up to the complete client satisfaction.

Flat Roof:

     Supply and install 1/8 protection Board.

• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install SBS 250 Cap torch down.
• Supply and install aluminum Mushroom vent up to 6.
• Supply and install exhaust vent up to 4.
• SKYLIGHT:
• Supply and install 1- Velux 4672 FCM fixed skylight Curb Mount.
• Supply and install 3- Velux 4646 FCM fixed skylight Curb Mount.
• Supply and install 1- Velux 2246 FCM fixed skylight Curb Mount.
• Supply and install 2- Velux 2222 FCM fixed skylight Curb Mount.
• Please be advised the square footage for Shingles has been calculated for 1800 sq ft and Flat Sections is roughly 2500 sq ft so the final quotation may very.
• The skylight has been quoted with flashing and installation but if you choose the special Dome skylight for flat price will be higher.
