• supply and install Synthetic underlayment for the low slop section on the roof.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Timberline shingles
• supply and install heavy gage pre painted metal valley .
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.
• add 2 to 4 extra vent for improving the attic air flow .
• Thoroughly seal new and existing roof flashing using high -grade caulking .
• complete removal of all debris and clean up to the complete customer satisfaction .
