• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Removing all 6 Columns 10”x10”.
• Removin the Railing’s.
• Supply and install all new Fiberglass Column (Square Plain SpunCast Column) 6x.
• Supply and install high quality caulking to seals all the Gaps.
• Supply and applying new paint for Columns Benjamin More CC-500.
• Relocate the security Camera
• Supply and install PVC Fascia Board 11.1/4”and second layer 5”.
• Please be noted $750 is deducted for painting the front and back doors.

Flat Roof:

• Remove the old flat Roof materials.
• Prepare the balcony to receive the new Roof materials (torch).
• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install SBS 250 Cap torch down.
• Supply and install metal drips edge.
• Supply and install metal wall flashing.
• Please be advised the Deck is not included need to know the exact square footage.

Soffit:

  Removing the old soffits on the Porch Entrance.

      Supply and install Gentek Aluminum Monterey Sand.

      Supply and install 2 pot lights owner choose the model.

     Note you have already paid by cheque $7500 deposit.
