Flat Roof:
- Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
- Supply and install ISO Insulation 2” all over the Roof deck.
- Supply and install protection board 1/8” all over the Roof deck.
- Supply and install 1” Iso Insulation to correct the slopes.
- Supply and install all new drip edge.
- Supply and install all new wall flashing.
- Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
- Supply And install sbs 250 cap torch down
- Supply and install aluminum Mushroom vent.
- Supply and install high dome.
- Supply and install exhaust vent.
- Please be noted this is to install on the top of existing Roof and if you decide to remove the old Roof’s layers it will cost $30000 extra.
- Note even if we install on the top of existing layers there are areas which need to be removed do to heavily damaged.
