Shingles:

• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 3 feet from eaves.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using Cambridge shingles.
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.
• Supply and install all new steps flashing around the skylight and chimney.
• Please note if changing the shingles to Dynasty it will add $500.

Flat Roof:

• Supply and install SBS 2.2 Base torch down.
• Supply and install SBS 2.5 Cap torch down.
• Please note if removing the metals and correcting the slope with ISO insulation the cost will add to $1250.
