Shingles:

• Protection of customer’s house, property and gardens.
• Remove the old shingles and prepare the roof to receive new shingles.
• Supply and install Blue Skins on the area that the Solar panel will be install.
• Supply and install ice and water shield caves protection to maximum of 6feet from eaves after fully Synthetic.
• Supply and install all new roofing material using BP Shingles.
• Supply and install all new heavy Gage pre painted metal valley.
• Supply and install hip and ridge cap.
• Supply and install all new vent add 2 to 4 extra vent.
• Supply and install ODO flashing pipe.

Eavestrough:

     Remove all old Soffit-Fascia -Eavestrough-Downspout.
Supply and install Kaycan or Genteck Aluminium Gutters.
Supply and install Soffits and Fascia .
Supply and install matching colours Downspout and elbows.

The colour will be determine with the owners choice.

Please be advised for changing the Garage and main entry door frame covering with same colour aluminum  will cost $1000 .we will add 1 window including this price.
