• Supply and install SBS 2.5 Cap torch down.
• supply and install drip-edge.
• Supply and install aluminum Mushroom vent.
• Supply and install exhaust vent if need it.
• there is an skylight if it’s need to be replaced the cost is $750 .

BACK YARD ROOF.

• Remove all existing roof ( layers ) .
• supply and install drip-edge.
• supply and install plywood to replace any roof board if necessary due to wood rot.
• supply and install self adhered Base Polyglass.
• supply and install self adhered Caps Polyglass.

PORCH FLAT ROOF

supply and install drip-edge.

supply and install wall metal flashing.

supply and install 2.2 base torch down on existing flat roof materials.
