  • Supply and install scaffolding.
  • Removing the old maibec siding and flashing.
  • Supply and install Blue Skin.
  • Supply and install matching colour and quality materials (Maibec).
  • Supply and install all new J-Flashing and end caps.
  • Cleaning up all debris.

Flat Roof:

• • Removing the old metal capping.
  • Supply and install new metal caps.
  • Supply and install metal starter.
  • Supply and install high grade Caulking.
  • Remove all the debris. 
  • HEATED CABLE.
  • installing 4 H-C. 80’ each.
     
  • The cost is $350 each. 
     
    total $1400+hst.
  • Please be noted the time line is 2 to 3 weeks and can be paid separately when the job is completed.
